    Sentence: Hình phạt, án phạt đối với người phạm tội

    --Khi người phạm tội bị kết án tù (dưới 2 năm), thẩm phán có thể quyết định án treo với một số điều kiện nhất định và chịu sự giám sát của nhân viên tòa án.
